ℹ️
Labor-hour rates are measured from Interlink's task timing records:
each pick and receipt task records its begin and end time, and the rates divide lines by
those summed task durations. Two caveats: labor is tracked per building, so when a
Company filter is applied the labor-hours still reflect the whole division; and task time
covers time on task, not paid time (breaks and non-tasked work are excluded).

Picker leaderboard
Lines picked and measured task time per user in the selected range — task hours are building-wide, so with a Company filter the lines/hr rate reflects that company's share of each picker's time. Rates compare fairly only across similar work (full-pallet vs case-pick mix differs by role).
